Application and Features
- LH-01 degreasing additive is a colorless transparent liquid, composed of inorganic acid, corrosion inhibitor, etc., suitable for degreasing and cleaning of aluminum alloy pretreatment.
- LH-01 degreasing additive is low-foaming and non-toxic, easy to wash with water, safe and convenient to operate.
- It can effectively remove oil and natural oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy. After cleaning, the aluminum alloy has a clear appearance and can shorten the alkaline etching time and reduce costs.

- LH-01：30g/L
- Water：balance

Process Parameters
- LH-01：30 - 50g/L
- Temperature：room temperature
- Time：2 - 5 minutes

Bath Maintenance
- Analyze the concentration of LH-01 every day and add small amounts several times according to the results.
- Aluminum chips, impurities, etc. will be introduced during the production process, and the bath liquid should be cleaned regularly.

Packaging and Storage
- Packaging：Plastic barrel(25kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel).
- Storage recommendation：Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse.
