Bath Preparation
- LH-06：6 - 8g/L
- Pure water：balance
- PH value：5.8 - 6.5
- Temperature：50 - 55°C

- PH value：5.5 - 6.5
- Temperature：50 - 55°C
- Time：1min/um

Bath Maintenance
- Analyze the nickel content of the bath solution every day to ensure it is within the process range, the PH value is within the process range of 5.8 - 6.5. If the PH value is too high, adjust it with glacial acetic acid, and if the PH value is too low, adjust it with dilute ammonia water.
- During the production process, impurities and a small amount of sediment will be brought into the bath, which need to be cleaned regularly.
- The bath heating device should be installed on the bath wall to effectively improve the heating effect.
- The PH value of the water rinsing bath before the sealing bath should be ≥4 to avoid excessive acid brought into the bath.

Packaging and Storage
- Packaging：Woven bag (25kg/bag).
- Storage suggestions：Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and moisture.
