Application and Features
- LH-13 is a weak alkaline green liquid, suitable for sealing of aluminum alloy anodized film and industrial profiles.
- Simple operation and wide process range.

Bath Preparation
- LH-13：20g/L
- Pure water：balance

Process Parameters
- Ni(nickel)：1 - 1.5g/L
- PH value：5.7 - 6.2
- Temperature：55 - 60℃
- Time：1um/min

Bath Maintenance
- Analyze the nickel ion content in the test bath solution every day to ensure that it is within the process range.
- Test the PH value every day to ensure that it fluctuates within a small range. Use glacial acetic acid to adjust the high PH value and dilute ammonia water to adjust the low PH value.
- The PH value of the water rinsing bath before sealing should be controlled at >5 to avoid bringing in too much acid.
- Clean the sediment and impurities at the bottom of the bath regularly.

Packaging and Storage
- Packaging：Plastic barrel(25kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel).
- Storage：Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from acids and alkalis.
