LH - 19 Nickel - free Medium Temperature Sealing Additive (Liquid)

Application and Features：LH-19 is a light amber liquid. The product does not contain any heavy metal substances and can effectively solve the pressure problem of wastewater on environmental protection. This product is suitable for sealing anodized silver profiles, coloring profiles and sandblasting profiles. It has the advantages of no discoloration, no powdering and strong corrosion resistance. The product has no irritating odor and is simple and convenient to operate.

Bath Preparation
- LH-19：50g/L
- Pure water：balance

Process Parameters
- LH-19：50 - 70g/L
- Temperature：65 - 70℃
- PH：6.5 - 7.0
- Time：1 - 1.2 minutes/um

Bath Maintenance
- Test and analyze the content and PH value of LH-19 every day, and add and adjust it in time.
- Impurities and sediments will be introduced during the production process, which must be cleaned and filtered regularly.
- The heating equipment should be installed on both sides of the bath to avoid affecting the heating effect.
- A filtration system should be installed for bath solution circulation, and regular circulation and filtration should be performed.

Packaging and Storage
- Packaging：Plastic barrel(25kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel).
- Storage：Store in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, away from acid and alkali.
