LH-15喷涂专用除油剂（固）

一、用途与特点

1. Application and Features：LH-15 degreasing additive is white solid powder that can effectively remove grease, stains and natural oxide film on the surface of aluminum profiles without damaging the aluminum substrate. It is suitable for pre-treatment of aluminum profiles powder coating and has the advantages of less loss, simple process, convenient operation and and low transportation cost.

1. LH-15 除油剂 (固)：8g/L

三、槽液工艺参数

1. LH-15 除油剂：15 - 35g/L
2. 温度：常温
3. 时间：3 - 6 分钟
4. Process Parameters
   • LH-15：15 - 35g/L
   • Temperature：room temperature
   • Time：3 - 6 mins

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析化验除油剂浓度并及时补加，使槽液处于工艺范围内，固体添加量为 1 - 1.5kg/T。
2. 生产过程难免会带入杂物、灰尘等不溶性物质，应定期清理倒槽。
3. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze and test the degreasing additive concentration every day and add it in time to keep the bath solution within the process range. The solid addition amount is 1 - 1.5kg/T.
   • In the production process, it is inevitable that insoluble substances such as debris and dust will be brought in, and the bath should be cleaned regularly.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：编织袋 (25kg / 袋)
2. 储存：防水、防潮、干燥通风的仓库。
