一、用途与特点

1. Application and Features：LH-08 degreasing additive is a transparent liquid that can effectively remove grease, stains and natural oxide film on the surface of aluminum profiles without damaging the aluminum substrate. It is suitable for pre-treatment of aluminum profiles powder coating and has the advantages of less loss, simple process and convenient operation.

1. LH-08 除油剂：15 - 20g/L
2. 水：余量

   • Water：balance

三、槽液工艺参数

1. LH-08 除油剂：15 - 35g/L
2. 温度：常温
3. 时间：3 - 6 分钟
4. Process Parameters
   • LH-08：15 - 35g/L
   • Temperature：room temperature
   • Time：3 - 6 minutes

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析化验除油剂浓度并根据化验结果及时补加除油剂。
2. 生产过程难免会带入机械杂物、灰尘等不溶解性物质，应定期清理。
3. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze and test the LH-08 concentration every day and add it in time according to the test results.
   • The production process will inevitably bring in mechanical debris, dust and other insoluble substances, which should be cleaned regularly.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)
2. 储存建议：储存于干燥通风良好的仓库。
