一、用途与特点

1. Application and Features：LH-19 is a light amber liquid. The product does not contain any heavy metal substances and can effectively solve the pressure problem of wastewater on environmental protection. This product is suitable for sealing anodized silver profiles, coloring profiles and sandblasting profiles. It has the advantages of no discoloration, no powdering and strong corrosion resistance. The product has no irritating odor and is simple and convenient to operate.

四、槽液维护

1. 每天化验分析 LH-19 无镍中温封孔剂的含量和 PH 值，并及时补加和调整。
2. 生产过程中会带入杂质和产生沉淀物，要定期清理和过滤。
3. 加热设备应安装在槽体两边，避免影响加热效果。
4. 槽液循环要安装过滤系统，定期循环过滤。
5. Bath Maintenance
   • Test and analyze the content and PH value of LH-19 every day, and add and adjust it in time.
   • Impurities and sediments will be introduced during the production process, which must be cleaned and filtered regularly.
   • The heating equipment should be installed on both sides of the bath to avoid affecting the heating effect.
   • A filtration system should be installed for bath solution circulation, and regular circulation and filtration should be performed.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存：储存于阴凉干燥，通风的仓库，远离酸、碱。
