LH-17钛金着色剂（液）

一、用途与特点

1. 钛金着色剂为深蓝色液体、型材着色出来后为金黄色颜色、鲜艳耐看且耐紫外线和耐候性好，适用于家装及装饰用。
2. 工艺简单，槽液不需升温、节省能耗。
3. Application and Features
   • Titanium colorant is a dark blue liquid, and the profile is golden yellow after coloring. It is bright and durable, and has good UV and weather resistance. It is suitable for home decoration and decoration.
   • The process is simple, the bath solution does not need to be heated, and energy consumption is saved.

二、配槽工艺参数

1. LH-17 钛金着色剂：50g/L
2. 试剂硫酸：15g/L
3. 水：纯水余量
4. 温度：20 - 25℃
5. 电压：14 - 16V
6. 时间：2 - 6 分钟 (视颜色深浅而定)
7. 主盐浓度：6 - 8g/L
8. Bath Preparation
   • LH-17：50g/L
   • Reagent sulfuric acid：15g/L
   • Water：pure water balance
   • Temperature：20 - 25℃
   • Voltage：14 - 16V
   • Time：2 - 6 mins(depending on the color depth)
   • Main salt concentration：6 - 8g/L

三、槽液维护

1. 每天分析槽液中游离硫酸，主盐浓度、及时补加钛金着色剂。
2. 槽液不生产时，用东西遮盖，防止杂质及槽液带入。
3. 金黄着色过程只能加深，不能褪色，根据要求掌握时间。
4. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the free sulfuric acid and main salt concentration in the bath every day, and replenish LH-17 in time.
   • When the bath is not in production, cover it with something to prevent impurities and bath solution from being brought in.
   • The golden coloring process can only deepen, not fade, and the time should be controlled according to requirements.

四、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶)
2. 储存：储存于阴凉干燥及通风的仓库，远离火种热源。

   • Packaging：Plastic barrel(25kg/barrel).
   • Storage：Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources.
