LH-09铝材钝化剂（液）

一、用途与特点

1. Application and Features：This product is composed of oxidants, film-forming agents, activators, etc. It can quickly form a golden conversion film on the surface of aluminum alloy at room temperature. The film has strong corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion to powder coatings and paints. It is suitable for passivation film treatment before aluminum alloys and plastics coating.

三、槽液工艺参数

1. LH-09 铝材钝化剂：15 - 40g/L
2. PH 值：1.8 - 2.4
3. F：0.2 - 0.5g/L
4. 温度：常温
5. 时间：2 - 5min (浸泡)(20 - 90S) 喷淋
6. Process Parameters

四、槽液维护

1. 正常生产工艺参数：钝化剂：20 - 40g/L，F：0.2 - 0.5g/L，pH 值：1.8 - 2.4。
2. 每天根据槽液化验来补加 LH-09 钝化剂。
3. 生产过程中严格控制 PH 值，PH 值偏高可采用添加钝化剂和硝酸调整。
4. 钝化槽体建议配置搅拌装置，生产时开动搅拌，以提高钝化膜的均匀性。
5. Bath Maintenance
   • Normal production process parameters：LH-09：20 - 40g/L，F：0.2 - 0.5g/L，PH value：1.8 - 2.4.
   • Add LH-09 every day according to the bath solution test.
   • Strictly control the PH value during the production process. If the PH value is too high, add LH09 and nitric acid to adjust it.
   • It is recommended to equip the passivation bath with a stirring device and start stirring during production to improve the uniformity of the passivation film.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存阴凉干燥及通风效果好的地方，远离火种和热源。
3. Packaging and Storage
   • Packaging：Plastic barrel(25kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel).
   • Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from fire and heat sources.
