LH-05常温封闭剂（固）

一、用途与特点

1. 槽液缓冲能力强，耐杂质离子、耐干扰性能好。
2. 槽液组分易于控制，工艺参数较宽，正常温度为 25 - 35℃，适当延长时间，20℃下仍具有优良的封闭效果，对因前工序工艺参数波动而造成的封闭效果变化不大。
3. 对封闭后铝型材表面光泽和硬度有所提高。
4. 即可用于薄膜 6 - 15um 的封闭处理，也适用于厚膜 15 - 25um 的封闭处理。
5. Application and Features
   • The bath solution has strong buffering capacity, good resistance to impurity ions and interference.
   • The bath solution components are easy to control, the process parameters are wide, the normal temperature is 25 - 35℃, and the time is appropriately extended. It still has excellent sealing effect at 20 °C, and the sealing effect caused by the fluctuation of the process parameters of the previous process does not change much.
   • The surface gloss and hardness of the aluminum profile after sealing are improved.
   • It can be used for the sealing treatment of thin films of 6 - 15um, and also for the sealing treatment of thick films of 15 - 25um.

四、槽液维护

1. 每天化验分析槽液镍和氟离子，PH 值，并根据产量及时补加。
2. 封闭槽液中的镍离子一般控制在 0.8 - 1.5g/L，氟离子 0.3 - 0.5g/L。封孔剂新开槽时已充分考虑了镍离子与氟离子的消耗比例，特殊情况下可采取添加少量氟化铵、氟化氢来调整氟离子，PH 值调整用冰醋酸和稀氨水。
3. 为了减轻对槽液的污染，水洗必须严格清洗，封孔前水洗 PH 值不应低于 4.0。
4. Bath Maintenance
   • Test and analyze the nickel and fluoride ions and PH value of the bath solution every day, and add them in time according to the output.
   • The nickel ions in the sealing bath solution are generally controlled at 0.8 - 1.5g/L, and the fluoride ions are 0.3 - 0.5g/L. The sealing additive has fully considered the consumption ratio of nickel ions and fluoride ions when bath make-up. In special cases, a small amount of ammonium fluoride and ammonium bifluoride can be added to adjust the fluoride ions, and glacial acetic acid and dilute ammonia water can be used to adjust the PH value.
   • In order to reduce the pollution of the bath solution, the water washing must be strictly cleaned, and the water washing PH value before sealing bath should not be lower than 4.0

五、包装与储蓄

1. 包装：编织袋或纸箱 (25kg / 袋)。
2. 储存：阴凉干燥及通风良好的地方。
