LH-10铝材无铬钝化剂（液）

一、用途与特点

1. Application and Features：LH-10 is a nano-type metal surface treatment agent. The effect can completely achieve the effect of traditional chromization. It has simple process, strong anti-polution, non-toxic and non-irritating taste, long service life, no special treatment of waste water, does not contain any heavy metals, and is suitable for immersion and spraying treatment.

二、工艺流程

1. Process Flow：Degreasing→Water rinsing→Water rinsing→Water rinsing(PH value≥4)→LH-10 passivation→Water rinsing→Drying

三、配槽技术参数

1. LH-10 无铬钝化剂：10g/
2. 纯水：余量
3. PH 值：1.8 - 3.2
4. Bath Preparation
   • LH-10：10g/L
   • Pure water：balance
   • PH value：1.8 - 3.2

四、槽液工艺参数

1. Process Parameters：PH：1.8 - 3.2

五、槽液维护

1. 正常生产情况下，每 4 小时取槽液测试 PH 值，当 PH 值高于 3.2 时，及时补加钝化剂来调整浓度。
2. 定期清理槽底杂质和不溶物，如处理量增加或槽液浑浊，必须提前更新槽液。
3. Bath Maintenance
   • Under normal production conditions, take the bath solution to test the PH value every 4 hours. When the PH value is higher than 3.2, add the LH-10 in time to adjust the concentration.
   • Clean the impurities and insolubles at the bottom of the bath regularly. If the processing volume increases or the bath solution becomes turbid, the bath solution must be updated in advance.

六、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存：阴凉干燥及通风效果好的地方，远离火种和热源。

   • Packaging:plastic barrel(25kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel).
   • Storage: cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from fire and heat sources.
