LH-04单锡盐电解着色剂（固）

一、用途与特点

1. 槽液有良好的稳定性，槽液成分简单、添加方便。
2. 重现性良好、底色稳定、上色均匀。
3. 工艺范围较宽，消耗量小。

二、配槽技术参数

1. 硫酸亚锡：6 - 13g/L (浅色 6 - 8g/1，深色 8 - 13g/L)
2. LH-04 单锡盐着色剂：15g/L
3. 试剂硫酸：16g/L
4. Bath Preparation
   • Stannous sulfate: 6 - 13g/L (6 - 8g/L for light color, 8 - 13g/L for dark color)
   • LH-04: 15g/L
   • Reagent sulfuric acid: 16g/L

三、槽液工艺参数

1. 硫酸亚锡：6 - 12g/L
2. 硫酸：15 - 20g/L
3. 电压：16/18v
4. 温度：18 - 22℃
5. 时间：1 - 13min (根据颜色深浅而定)

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析槽液的游离酸、硫酸亚锡，根据分析结果及时补加。
2. 生产过程中会带入杂质，会产生少许白色沉淀，要定期清理。
3. 添加比例为硫酸亚锡 1kg: 单锡盐着色剂 1.5kg。
4. 由于硫酸亚锡与空气接触易水解，因此要特别注意循环系统管道的密封性，尽量避免空气与溶液混合循环，以免造成硫酸亚锡分解。
5. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the free acid and stannous sulfate in the bath solution every day, and add them in time according to the analysis results.
   • Impurities will be introduced during the production process, resulting in a small amount of white precipitate, which needs to be cleaned regularly.
   • The addition ratio is 1kg stannous sulfate:1.5kg LH-04.
   • Since stannous sulfate is easily hydrolyzed when in contact with air, special attention should be paid to the sealing of the circulation system pipes, and try to avoid the mixing and circulation of air and solution to avoid decomposition of stannous sulfate.

五、包装与储存

1. 包装：编织袋 (25kg / 袋)。
2. 储存：储存于阴凉干燥，通风良好的仓库，避光保管。

   • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from light.
