LH-03中和出光剂（液）

一、用途与特点

1. LH-03 中和出光剂为透明液体，适用于碱蚀、三酸抛光、两酸抛光后去灰增亮，除灰时间短，效果好，成本低。
2. 不含重金属，符合环保要求。
3. 与硫酸配合使用。
4. Application and Features
   • LH-03 is a transparent liquid, suitable for deashing and brightening after alkaline etching, three-acid chemical polishing and two-acid chemical polishing, with short deashing time, good effect and low cost.
   • It does not contain heavy metals and meets environmental protection requirements.
   • Used in combination with sulfuric acid.

2. 硫酸：150g/L

三、槽液工艺参数

1. LH-03 出光剂：40 - 50g/L
2. 硫酸：100 - 150g/L
3. 温度：常温
4. 时间：1 - 3 分钟

   • LH-03：40 - 50g/L
   • Sulfuric acid：100 - 150g/L
   • Temperature：room temperature
   • Time：1 - 3 minutes

四、槽液维护

1. 每天根据化验浓度及时补加。
2. 正常情况下每吨消耗为 3 - 4kg。
3. Bath Maintenance
   • Replenish in time according to the test concentration every day.
   • Under normal circumstances, the consumption per ton profile is 3 - 4kg.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存建议：储存于阴凉干燥、通风良好的仓库、避光、避碱。
