1. 硫酸镍：15 - 18g/L
2. 试剂硫酸：16g/L
3. LH-18 双盐着色剂：15g/L

   • Nickel sulfate: 15 - 18g/L

三、槽液工艺参数

1. 硫酸亚锡：5 - 13g/L
2. 游离硫酸：16 - 20g/L
3. 硫酸镍：15 - 20g/L.
4. 温度：18 - 22℃
5. 电压：16 - 18V
6. 时间：1 - 13 分钟 (根据颜色深浅而定)

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析槽液中的游离酸、硫酸亚锡、硫酸镍、根据分析结果及时补加。
2. 生产过程中会带入杂质及不溶解物，要定期过滤和清理。
3. 由于硫酸亚锡与空气接触易水解，要注意循环系统管道的密封性，尽量避免空气与槽液混合循环，以免造成硫酸亚锡分解。
4. 双盐着色剂与硫酸亚锡添加比例为 1.5:1，硫酸镍根据槽液分析结果补加约 1 - 1.5kg / 吨
5. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the free acid, stannous sulfate, and nickel sulfate in the bath solution every day, and replenish them in time according to the analysis results.
   • Impurities and insoluble substances will be introduced during the production process, and they must be filtered and cleaned regularly.
   • Since stannous sulfate is easily hydrolyzed when in contact with air, attention should be paid to the sealing of the circulation system pipeline, and try to avoid mixing and circulating air and bath solution to avoid decomposition of stannous sulfate.
   • The addition ratio of LH-18 to stannous sulfate is 1.5:1, and nickel sulfate is replenished about 1 - 1.5kg/ton according to the analysis results of the tank liquid.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：编织袋 (25kg / 袋)，纸箱 (25kg / 箱)
2. 储存：储存于阴凉干燥，通风良好的仓库，避光保存。

   • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from light.
