一、用途与特点

2. 本产品常温使用，能有效的节能减耗，提高生产效率。
3. 工艺操作简单，抗腐蚀能力强，氧化白料、古铜可以共用封闭，手感光滑，不起粉。

三、槽液工艺参数

四、槽液维护

1. 每天测量槽液的 PH 值，控制在 8.0 - 9.5 之间，及时补加无镍常温封孔剂进行调整，吨消耗约 1.5 - 1.8kg / 吨。
2. 长期生产槽液底部有不少杂质及沉淀物，定期过滤或倒槽处理。
3. Bath Maintenance
   • Measure the PH value of the bath solution every day and control it between 8.0 - 9.5. Adjust it by adding LH-11 in time. The consumption per ton is about 1.5 - 1.8kg/ton.
   • There are many impurities and sediments at the bottom of the bath solution during long-term production. Filter or empty the bath regularly.

五、包装与储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存：宜储存干燥、阴凉通风的仓库。
