四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析化验槽液中的镍离子含量，确保在工艺范围内。
2. 每天测试 PH 值，保证其在小范围波动，PH 值高用冰醋酸调节，PH 值低用稀氨水调整。
3. 封孔前道水洗 PH 值控制在 > 5 以上，避免带入过多的酸。
4. 定期清理槽底的沉淀物及杂质。
5. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the nickel ion content in the test bath solution every day to ensure that it is within the process range.
   • Test the PH value every day to ensure that it fluctuates within a small range. Use glacial acetic acid to adjust the high PH value and dilute ammonia water to adjust the low PH value.
   • The PH value of the water rinsing bath before sealing should be controlled at >5 to avoid bringing in too much acid.
   • Clean the sediment and impurities at the bottom of the bath regularly.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存：储存于阴凉干燥、通风良好的仓库，远离酸碱。
