一、用途与特点

1. 本产品由多种缓蚀剂、整平剂、促进剂组合而成，具有起砂速度快、铝耗少，砂面均匀细腻。
2. 能充分腐蚀表面挤压痕和粗晶等型材缺陷。
3. 工艺简单安全、槽液稳定性好、使用寿命长。
4. Application and Features
   • This product is composed of a variety of corrosion inhibitors, leveling agents, and accelerators. It has the advantages of fast sanding speed, low aluminum consumption, and uniform and fine sanding surface.
   • It can fully corrode profile defects such as surface extrusion marks and coarse crystals.
   • The process is simple and safe, the bath solution has good stability, and the service life is long.

1. LH-14 磨砂剂：10g/L
2. 氟化氢铵：50g/L
3. 温度：35 - 45℃
4. PH 值：2.8 - 3.2

三、槽液工艺参数

1. F 离子：30 - 35g/L

4. 时间：5 - 10mim (根据型材表面要求而定)

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析槽液中的氟离子浓度、补加氟化氢铵和磨砂剂、添加比例为 10:1，吨耗约为氟化氢铵 35 - 45kg，磨砂剂 3 - 4kg。
2. 生产过程中产生的氟化铝沉淀，要过滤和压渣。
3. 调节 PH 值使用氢氟酸或氟化铵。
4. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the fluoride ion concentration in the bath solution every day, add ammonium bifluoride and LH-14, and the addition ratio is 10:1. The consumption per ton is about 35 - 45kg of ammonium bifluoride and 3 - 4kg of abrasive.
   • The aluminum fluoride precipitate produced during the production process needs to be filtered and pressed.
   • Use hydrofluoric acid or ammonium fluoride to adjust the PH value.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：编织袋 (25kg / 袋)。
2. 储存：宜储存于阴凉，干燥通风的仓库。
