LH-12两酸环保抛光剂（液）

一、用途与特点

1. LH-12 两酸环保抛光剂是多种有机酸组合而成，适用于砂面拉丝，光面、机抛等铝合金的亮面生产。
2. 不含硝酸根，生产过程无黄烟，无气味，安全环保。
3. Application and Features
   • LH-12 is a combination of multiple organic acids, suitable for the production of bright surfaces of aluminum alloys such as sanded brushing, polished surface, machine polishing, etc.
   • It does not contain nitrate, and the production process has no yellow smoe, no odor, and is safe and environmentally friendly.

二、配槽技术参数：(以 1mI 计算)

1. 磷酸比例：60%
2. 硫酸比例：40%
3. 两酸抛光剂：50kg/m
4. 铝离子：25kg/m
   开槽前仔细检查不锈钢体焊接口是否完好，供热循环管道是否泄露，通风管道是否正常，检查完成后，将磷酸，硫酸按比例加入槽中，首次加入槽总体积的 。开始加温，槽液温度 100℃时，停止加温，开启抽风排气系统，加入两酸抛光剂搅拌均匀，然后加入 25kg/m 干净铝屑或铝材进行溶解，溶铝过程不能一次性加入太多，采取少量多次溶解完再加入。溶铝后进行搅拌均匀，温度降至 100℃即可生成。
5. Bath Preparation：(calculated based on 1ml)
   • Phosphoric acid ratio：60%
   • Sulfuric acid ratio：40%
   • LH-12：50kg/mI
   • Aluminum ion：25kg/m I
   • Before making-up the bath, carefully check whether the stainless steel body welding joints are intact, whether the heating circulation pipes are leaking, and whether the ventilation pipes are normal. After the inspection is completed, add phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid to the bath in proportion, and add of the total volume of the bath for the first time. Start heating. When the bath solution temperature reaches 100°, stop heating, turn on the exhaust system, add LH-12 and stir evenly, and then add 25kg/m I of clean aluminum chips or aluminum profiles to dissolve. Do not add too much aluminum at one time during the aluminum dissolution process. Take a small amount and dissolve it multiple times before adding. After the aluminum is dissolved, stir evenly and the temperature drops to 100℃ to generate.

三、槽液工艺参数

1. 温度：95 - 105℃
2. 时间：1 - 5 分钟
3. 密度 (25℃)：1.86 - 1.92
4. 磷酸含量：45 - 55%
5. 硫酸含量：30 - 35%
6. 水份含量：12 - 16%

四、槽液维护

1. 新开槽抛光速度较快，温度尽量降低，随着铝离子的增加抛光速度减慢。
2. 生产过程中有带出消耗，要根据液面及时补加。
3. 定时分析化验槽液的磷酸、硫酸含量。
4. 不生产时要加盖防水，由于长时间停止使用再次生产时，要将槽液加温至 130℃以上，进行保温 3 小时以上蒸水分。
5. Bath Maintenance

   • There is carry-out consumption during the production process, and it should be replenished in time according to the liquid level.
   • Regularly analyze the phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid content of the bath solution.
   • When not in production, it should be covered to prevent water inside. When it is not in use for a long time and is to be put into production again, the bath solution should be heated to above 130° and kept warm for more than 3 hours to evaporate the water

五、包装与储蓄

1. 包装：塑料桶 (35kg 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存：储存阴凉干燥通风良好的仓库，远离碱、火源。

   • Packaging：Plastic barrel(35kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel)
   • Storage：Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from alkali and fire sources.
