一、用途与特点

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析化验槽液的镍含量，确保在其工艺范围内，PH 值使用在 5.8 - 6.5 范围内，偏高用冰醋酸调节，PH 值偏低用稀氨水调节。
2. 生产过程中会有杂质带入，和少许沉淀物，要定期清理。
3. 槽体加温装置应安装在槽壁，有效提高加热效果。
4. 封闭槽前道水洗的 PH 值≥4 以上，避免过多酸带人。
5. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the nickel content of the bath solution every day to ensure it is within the process range, the PH value is within the process range of 5.8 - 6.5. If the PH value is too high, adjust it with glacial acetic acid, and if the PH value is too low, adjust it with dilute ammonia water.
   • During the production process, impurities and a small amount of sediment will be brought into the bath, which need to be cleaned regularly.
   • The bath heating device should be installed on the bath wall to effectively improve the heating effect.
   • The PH value of the water rinsing bath before the sealing bath should be ≥4 to avoid excessive acid brought into the bath.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：编织袋 (25kg / 袋)/ 纸箱 (25kg / 箱)。
2. 储存：宜存放阴凉干燥、通风良好的仓库，远离潮湿与火。

   • Storage suggestions：Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and moisture.
