LH-07无锡盐黑色着色剂

一、用途与特点

1. Application and Features：The black color profiles produced by this LH-07 coloring additive has a low film and black display color, uniformity, good reproducibility, less color difference, excellent light resistance and weather resistance, bath solution good stability, long service life, clear bath solution, no precipitation and no ammonia nitrogen.

二、配槽技术参数

1. 无锡盐着色剂 A：20g/L (固体)
2. 无锡盐着色剂 B：10g/L (液体)
3. 试剂硫酸：18g/L (液体)
4. Bath Preparation
   • LH-07 A：20g/L(solid)
   • LH-07B：10g/L(liquid)
   • Reagent sulfuric acid：18g/L(Liquid)

三、槽液工艺参数

1. 主盐浓度：15 - 18g/L
2. 硫酸：18 - 20g/L
3. 常规着色电源，电压：12 - 16V
4. 着色槽温度：18 - 22℃
5. 着色时间：8 - 15 分钟 (根据颜色深浅而定)
6. 着色阴极板：316L
7. Process Parameters
   • Main salt concentration：15 - 18g/L
   • Sulfuric acid：18 - 20g/L
   • Conventional coloring rectifier, voltage：12 - 16V
   • Coloring bath temperature：18 - 22°℃
   • Coloring time：8 - 15 minutes (Depends on the color depth)
   • Coloring cathode plate：316L

四、槽液维护

1. 每天根据化验槽液的结果来补加，一般情况每生产 - 吨铝材黑色料消耗固体 A 着色剂 810kg，液体 B 着色剂 4 - 5kg。
2. 着色槽不生产时，需要盖好防止杂质带入而受污染。
3. Bath Maintenance
   • Replenish the additive every day based on the test results of the bath solution. Generally, 8 - 10kg of solid LH-07 A and 4 - 5kg of liquid LH-07 B are consumed for every ton of black color aluminum profiles produced.
   • When the coloring bath is not in production, it needs to be covered to prevent impurities from entering and being contaminated.

五、包装与储存

1. 包装：固体产品采用纸箱 (25kg / 袋)，液体产品采用桶装 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存：宜储存干燥、阴凉通风的仓库。
3. Packaging and Storage
   • Packaging：Solid products are packed in cartons (25kg/bag), and liquid products are packed in barrels (25kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel).
   • Storage：It is advisable to store in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse.
