LH-02固体碱蚀剂

一、用途与特点

1. Application and Features：LH-02 solid alkaline etching additive is a white powder. The use of this additive can effectively prevent the scale of the bath solution, and the amount of aluminum dissolved in the bath liquid can reach 120g/L. It can also improve the decorative effect of the aluminum surface and reduce aluminum loss or alkali consumption. The additive is non-toxic and does not contain phosphates.

二、配槽技术参数

1. Bath Preparation
   • LH-02：10g/L
   • Sodium hydroxide：40g/L
   • Water：balance

三、槽液工艺参数

1. 游离氢氧化钠：40 - 70g
2. 温度：40 - 50℃
3. 时间：1 - 15 分钟（视表面要求而定）
4. Process Parameters
   • Free sodium hydroxide：40 - 70g/L
   • Temperature：40 - 50°
   • Time：1 - 15 minutes (depending on surface requirements)

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析槽液的游离碱和铝离子含量，新配槽时控制游离碱 35 - 40g/L，以后随铝离子浓度增加而适当提高氢氧化钠浓度和槽液温度。碱蚀剂的加入量为氢氧化钠 1/10。
2. 正常工艺生成情况下，槽液呈深灰黑色，如槽液出现灰白色表明添加剂碱浓度不够，及时补加。
3. 槽液停止生产时，建议温度保持 40°C 左右或适当提高氢氧化钠和添加剂含量，对防止水解沉淀有好处。
4. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the free alkali and aluminum ion content of the bath solution every day. When the bath is newly prepared, control the free alkali to 35 - 40g/L. Then, appropriately increase the sodium hydroxide concentration and bath solution temperature as the aluminum ion concentration increases. The amount of alkaline etching additive added is 1/10 of sodium hydroxide.
   • Under normal process conditions, the bath liquid is dark gray-black. If the bath solution appears grayish white, it indicates that the additive alkali concentration is insufficient and should be supplemented in time.
   • When the bath solution stops production, it is recommended to keep the temperature at around 40°C or appropriately increase the content of sodium hydroxide and additives, which is beneficial to prevent hydrolysis and precipitation.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：编织袋（25kg / 袋）。
2. 储存建议：宜储存阴凉干燥通风良好的仓库，远离火种、潮湿。
