LH-01铝材清洗剂（液）

一、用途与特点

1. 铝材清洗剂为无色透明液体，由无机酸、缓蚀剂等组成，适用于铝合金前处理脱脂、清洗。
2. 清洗剂低泡无毒、易水洗、操作安全方便。
3. 能有效除去铝合金表面油污和自然氧化膜，铝合金清洗后外观清晰且可以缩短碱蚀时间，降低成本。
4. Application and Features
   • LH-01 degreasing additive is a colorless transparent liquid, composed of inorganic acid, corrosion inhibitor, etc., suitable for degreasing and cleaning of aluminum alloy pretreatment.
   • LH-01 degreasing additive is low-foaming and non-toxic, easy to wash with water, safe and convenient to operate.
   • It can effectively remove oil and natural oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy. After cleaning, the aluminum alloy has a clear appearance and can shorten the alkaline etching time and reduce costs.

四、槽液维护

1. 每天分析 LH-01 的浓度，根据结果采用多次少量补加。
2. 生成过程中会带入铝屑、杂质等，槽液要定期清理。
3. Bath Maintenance
   • Analyze the concentration of LH-01 every day and add small amounts several times according to the results.
   • Aluminum chips, impurities, etc. will be introduced during the production process, and the bath liquid should be cleaned regularly.

五、包装和储存

1. 包装：塑料桶 (25kg / 桶或 1000kg / 桶)。
2. 储存建议：储存于阴凉通风干燥的仓库。
